Our Story
In 2012, our family embarked on a heartfelt journey in the picturesque city of Bend, Oregon, by establishing Ziggy’s Ice Ceam Trucks & Party Rentals.
In 2025 we introduced baked goods to our menu. In addtion, we are offering delivery of our ice cream & baked goods. On demand same day or by customer orders and a later date delivery.

To bring joy to our community by serving delightful ice cream and witnessing the smiles it brings. This passion has been our guiding light ever since, as we’ve found that everyone is happy when enjoying ice cream!

Paulina Hopkins
Owner / Baker
Paulina has enjoyed baking for many years. She runs daily operations as well as research and development for baking and recipes. Prior to Ziggy’s she operated a dog treat business In Washington State with her girls.
Sophia Hopkins
Lead Baker
Sophia’s love for baking started early in her childhood with her mother making dog treat cupcakes and biscuits. Over the years she continued to love baking so much she just completed culinary school thru COCC In Bend, Oregon. She especially enjoys baking gluten free so she can enjoy treats as well. She wants to own her own bakery one day.
